 วันที่22พฤศจิกายน เป็นวันกิมจิ วันกิมจิเป็นวันที่ระลึกตามกฎหมายที่ประกาศใช้ในปี ค.ศ.2020 เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณค่าและความเป็นเลิศของกิมจิ เหตุผลที่วันกิมจิคือ คือวันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน คือวันดังกล่าว เป็นช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในการทำกิมจิในเกาหลี วันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายนในเกาหลีนั้นคือ 11/22 ซึ่งเนื่องจากวัตถุดิบในการทำกิมจิ 11 ชนิด และคุณประโยชน์ของกิมจิมากกว่า 22 ชนิด

 

กิมจิ เป็นอาหารหมักที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อเก็บรักษาผักได้เป็นเวลานาน และเป็นอาหารหมักที่มีจิตวิญญาณของชาวเกาหลีอยู่ด้วยกันมานานกว่าพันปี กิมจิ มีรสชาติที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพภูมิอากาศและภูมิภาค โดยมีมากกว่า 300 ชนิดที่รู้จักกันในปัจจุบัน กิมจิ มีสารอาหารเพิ่มขึ้นจากวัตถุดิบ ผ่านกระบวนการหมัก และเป็นหนึ่งในอาหารที่สำคัญที่สุดในชีวิตประจำวันของเรา ที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการป้องกันและยับยั้งมะเร็ง ความชรา และโรคอ้วน

กระทรวงเกษตรอาหารและการชนบท จัดงานวันกิมจิ เพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศของกิมจิ ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิมจิต่างๆ เช่น เทศกาลกิมจิเกาหลี, การคัดเลือกเชฟกิมจิ,  และการสัมมนากิมจิ นอกจากนี้ยังได้จัดกิจกรรม “วันเดย์ทัวร์อาหารเกาหลีสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ” ในช่วงครึ่งปีหลังภายใต้หัวข้อ “กิมจิ” ตั้งแต่ เดือนกันยายน ถึงวันที่ 6 ตุลาคม ร่วมกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมอาหารเกาหลี

 

ทัวร์วันเดย์สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ เป็นโครงการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวด้านอาหารภายในประเทศและเป็นโปรแกรมประสบการณ์ที่เรียนรู้การทำอาหารเกาหลี จากเชฟที่มีชื่อเสียงและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอาหารร่วมกัน ชาวต่างชาติกว่า 338 คนจาก 48 ประเทศ เข้าร่วมและเผยแพร่เสน่ห์พิเศษของกิมจิ และอาหารเกาหลี

 

กระทรวงเกษตรอาหารและการชนบทกล่าวว่า มีแผนที่จะเผยแพร่คุณภาพและความปลอดภัยที่ยอดเยี่ยมของกิมจิของเราให้กับผู้คนทั่วโลก และส่งเสริมสูตรอาหารที่หลากหลายเพื่อให้พวกเขาสามารถเพลิดเพลินไปกับรสชาติอาหารท้องถิ่นอีกด้วย

한국다문화뉴스 = 시리판 시민기자ㅣ11월 22일은 '김치의 날'이다. 김치의 날은 김치의 가치와 우수성을 알리기 위해 2020년에 제정된 법정기념일이다. 김치의 날이 11월 22일인 이유는 우리나라에서 이맘때가 김장하기에 가장 알맞은 시기이며, 김치에 들어가는 재료 하나하나(11)가 모여 시너지효과를 내어 스물두 가지(22) 이상의 효능을 보인다 하여 11월 22일로 지정되었다고 한다.

 

김치는 채소를 오래 먹기 위한 절임 음식으로 개발되어 발효과학 식품으로 천년이 넘게 함께 하면서 한국인의 영혼이 담긴 음식이다. 현재 알려진 종류만 300가지가 넘을 정도로 김치는 기후와 지역 등에 따라 각각 독특한 맛을 가지고 있다.

 

김치는 발효과정을 통해 원재료보다 영양이 풍부하게 변신하며, 암과 노화, 비만 등의 예방과 억제에 효과적인 슈퍼 발효 음식으로 우리 식생활에서 가장 중요한 음식 중 하나다.

 

김치의 다양한 효능에 대해서 알아보면 항비만 효과와 항암 효과, 콜레스테롤 개선 효과, 면역력 증진과 장 기능 개선 효과 등이 있다. 김치는 각종 채소와 마늘, 고춧가루, 생강 등이 어우러져 있는 식품이기 때문이다.

 

농림축산식품부는 김치의 날을 맞이하여 김치의 우수성을 국내외에 홍보하기 위한 김치 품평회, 코리아 김치 페스티벌, 김치 마스터 셰프 선발대회, 김치 세미나 등 다양한 김치 관련 행사들도 진행하고 있다. 또 한식진흥원과 함께 지난 9월부터 10월 6일까지 김치를 주제로 하반기 ‘외국인 대상 한식 원데이투어’ 행사를 개최하기도 했다.

 

외국인 대상 한식 원데이투어은 국내 음식 관광 활성화를 위해 추진하는 사업으로 장, 김치 등 한식을 유명 셰프와 식품 명인에게 배우고 함께 만들어보는 체험형 프로그램이다. 48개국 338여 명의 외국인이 참여하는 등 김치와 한식의 특별한 매력을 널리 알렸다.

 

농림축산식품부는 우리 김치만이 가지는 우수한 품질과 안전성을 전 세계인에게 널리 알리며, 현지 입맛에 맞춰 즐길 수 있도록 다양한 조리법을 홍보해나갈 계획이라 전했다.

양평군가족센터, 1인 가구 여가지원 사업 ‘솔로앤조이(Solo&Joy)’ 본격 운영

양평군가족센터는 지난 21일부터 양평군 내 1인 가구를 대상으로 정서적 안정과 사회적 관계망 형성을 돕는 ‘1인 가구 여가지원 사업 솔로앤조이(Solo&Joy)’를 본격적으로 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다. 이번 사업은 1인 가구의 여가활동 참여 기회를 확대하고, 여가를 통해 심리적 안정과 사회적 연결을 강화하기 위한 취지로 마련됐다. 프로그램은 △중장년 1인 가구 대상 ‘힐링타임, 취향 한 스푼’ △노년 1인 가구 대상 ‘행복한 노년, 취미가 있는 하루’ △통합 1인 가구 대상 ‘나를 위한 자유, 함께하는 여가’ 등으로 구성됐다. 참여자들은 프로그램을 통해 다양한 여가활동을 경험하며 자신만의 취향을 발견하고, 지역사회 내에서 정서적 안정감과 소속감을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 박우영 센터장은 “1인 가구가 빠르게 증가하는 시대에 혼자 사는 분들이 지역사회 안에서 서로 연결되고 지지 받을 수 있도록 돕는 것이 가족센터의 중요한 역할”이라며 “이번 프로그램이 참여자분들께 삶의 활력과 정서적 회복의 기회를 제공하기를 바란다”고 전했다.

구미시가족센터, 다문화가족과 문경서 한국문화탐방 진행

구미시 가족센터는 25일 다문화가족 70여 명이 문경을 찾아 한국문화탐방 프로그램을 진행했다고 26일 밝혔다. '한국문화탐방'은 가족이 함께 한국의 전통문화와 역사적 장소를 방문함으로 가족 간 유대감을 형성하고 한국문화에 대한 이해를 높이기 위한 프로그램이다. 이들은 전날 문경 에코월드를 방문해 고구려와 신라 건축물, 석탄박물관 관람을 통해 한국의 역사와 문화를 배우는 시간을 가졌다. 결혼이민자는 자국의 역사와 비교하며 공통점과 차이점을 알아가면서 가족 안에서도 상호문화를 이해하고 존중하는 시간을 가졌다. 한 참여자는 "가까운 지역에 아이와 함께 다양한 경험할 장소를 알게 되어 좋았고, 평소 보지 못했던 아이들의 새로운 모습을 볼 수 있어 의미가 있었다"라고 했고, 다른 참여자는 "한국문화를 여러 방법으로 가족과 함께 알아갈 수 있어 즐거웠고, 한국과 친해진 것 같다는 느낌이 든다"라고 말했다. 도근희 구미시가족센터장은 "앞으로도 다문화 가족을 위한 교육, 상담, 문화 프로그램을 연중 운영할 계획"이라고 말했다.
