5. 불법 튜닝 및 안전기준 위반: 안전기준을 위반하는 행위, 임의로 승인되지 않은 튜닝 시 자동차 안전기준, 부품 기준에 맞지 않기 때문에 이 또한 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하 벌금이 발생한다.
6. 의무 보험 미가입: 차주라면 필수 가입해야 하는 자동차 의무 보험에 가입하지 않은 경우도 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금이다.
7.미 사용 신고 이륜차: 이륜차 운행시 번호판을 부착하지 않는다거나 고의로 번호판을 훼손한 경우 모두 100만원 이하 또는 300만원 이하 과태료가 부과된다.
